Tenancy Sustainment Support
Our tenancy sustainment support helps individuals maintain stable, safe, and successful tenancies within the community.
We support people to understand and meet the responsibilities of their tenancy, including managing rent and bills, budgeting, maintaining their home, and communicating effectively with landlords and housing providers.
Support also includes assistance with accessing benefits, resolving tenancy-related issues, preventing arrears, and addressing risks that could lead to tenancy breakdown. Through consistent, person-centred support, we empower individuals to build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to sustain their tenancy and live independently over the long term.
Independent living
We support individuals to develop the practical skills and confidence needed to live independently and take control of their daily lives. Our support focuses on building routines and life skills such as meal planning and preparation, budgeting and money management, household tasks, personal wellbeing, time management, and accessing community services.
We also encourage positive decision-making, self-care, and social engagement to reduce isolation and promote independence.
Support is delivered at a pace that suits each individual, empowering them to build long-term skills that enable a more independent, stable, and fulfilling life within the community.
Wellbeing and Emotional Support
We provide compassionate wellbeing and emotional support to help individuals maintain positive mental health and emotional stability. Our approach focuses on building trust, promoting self-awareness, and supporting people to develop healthy coping strategies for everyday challenges.
We offer regular emotional check-ins, encouragement, and practical guidance to help manage stress, anxiety, low mood, and periods of change.
Through consistent, person-centred support, we aim to build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing, enabling individuals to feel supported, understood, and more in control of their lives.
Appointments and Advocacy
We support individuals to attend and engage with appointments that are important to their health, wellbeing, and independence. This includes practical support such as appointment planning, reminders, and accompaniment where appropriate, as well as advocacy to ensure individuals are heard, understood, and able to make informed choices.
We work with healthcare professionals, housing providers, employers, and other services to support clear communication and positive outcomes.
Our approach empowers individuals to build confidence in expressing their needs and preferences, while ensuring their rights, views, and best interests always remain central.

Community Integration
We support individuals to actively engage with their local community and build meaningful connections that promote inclusion and independence. Our community integration support focuses on reducing isolation and encouraging participation in social, educational, recreational, and employment-related activities.
This may include support to access local groups, volunteering, training, leisure activities, and community services. By building confidence, social skills, and a sense of belonging, we help individuals develop positive relationships and establish fulfilling routines within their community.
No Personal or Regulated Care
Unity Supported Living provides non-regulated, support-only services and does not deliver personal or regulated care.
We do not assist with personal hygiene, intimate care, or clinical interventions. Our role is focused on practical, emotional, and social support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.
Where required, we work alongside families, healthcare professionals, and external care providers to ensure individuals receive appropriate regulated care from the correct services.
