Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility is assessed individually and considers factors such as age, legal status, assessed needs, risks, capacity and willingness to engage. Individuals must be aged 18 or over, legally entitled to reside in the UK, and have support needs that fall within the scope of our service.
Risks must be manageable within a community setting, and appropriate consent or best‑interest processes must be in place.
Who is Eligible
We support adults aged 18 and over who require support to live independently in the community. This includes people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, dual diagnosis and individuals transitioning from homelessness, hospital or other institutional settings.
Eligibility is based on whether an individual’s needs can be met safely and appropriately within a community‑based supported living model and whether the person is willing to engage with support.
