Unity Supported Living Services Ltd provides safe, stable accommodation and housing-related support for adults who wish to live independently within the community. Our service is designed for individuals who can manage their daily personal care but benefit from structured guidance to maintain their tenancy, develop independent living skills and remain successfully housed.

Our Support
At Unity Supported Living, our support is person-centred, flexible, and focused on building independence. We work alongside individuals to develop everyday living skills, confidence, and routines that support a safe and meaningful life within the community.
Support is tailored to each person’s needs and may include help with managing tenancies, budgeting, attending appointments, accessing education or employment, maintaining wellbeing, and developing social connections.
We also provide structured and informal support to promote daily living skills such as meal planning, shopping, household tasks, and medication prompting, always encouraging choice, control, and independence. Our approach is empowering, respectful, and designed to help individuals progress towards greater autonomy and long-term stability

Important Information
Unity Supported Living Services Ltd provides housing-related support only. We do not provide personal care, medication administration, clinical or nursing support, or regulated activities under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Where personal care is required it is arranged through external CQC-registered providers.
